Mr Jasvir Virdee is a consultant ophthalmic surgeon and neuro-ophthalmologist at a tertiary referral hospital and neurosciences centre. with expertise in neuro-ophthalmology, cataract surgery, strabismus (squint) management and surgery, as well as general ophthalmology.

He holds numerous publications in scientific journals, and has delivered conference presentations internationally. He also reviews articles for journals, ensuring high standards in research are maintained. Besides training colleagues and juniors locally and internationally, he is also a Royal College Examiner. 

Mr Virdee receives referrals from around the country and sits on numerous multidisciplinary teams, offering an advisory role to other medical practitioners.
